A proud graduate of the College of Charleston, Savannah has deep roots in the Charleston community and a longstanding commitment to public service and family law.
Born in Hawaii and raised in a military family, Savannah developed resilience and adaptability early in life, living across the United States and Europe before landing in Eastern North Carolina. Recruited to run cross country and track and field at the College of Charleston, she earned her degree in Political Science with a minor in Crime, Law, and Society. During her undergraduate years, Savannah interned with the Charleston County Public Defender’s Office, volunteered with local youth programs, and was inducted into the Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society.
Savannah went on to earn her Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where she was a Dean's Merit Scholar and served as a teaching fellow with the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project. She was also a member and published author for the Development Law and Policy Brief and active in the Equal Justice Foundation. Her legal training included roles with the U.S. Department of Justice, the Public Defender’s Office, and a respected Charleston family law firm, solidifying her commitment to helping families navigate difficult legal challenges.
Since passing the South Carolina Bar, Savannah has focused exclusively on family law in Charleston, representing clients in divorce, child custody, child support, visitation, alimony, and other domestic matters. She has worked on multiple significant cases that reached the South Carolina Supreme Court and continues to zealously advocate for her clients in Family Court.
Savannah is a graduate of both the South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy Class of 2025 and the South Carolina Family Court Trial Academy Class of 2025. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the SC Young Lawyers Division’s Cinderella and Prince Charming Projects, helping ensure all students have access to formalwear for prom. She was honored as Star of the Quarter by the SC Young Lawyers Division in both FY 2023–2024 and 2024–2025, and was recently named a “Legal Elite” in Family Law by Charleston Business Magazine.
When she's not representing clients in Charleston Family Court, Savannah enjoys spending time at Folly Beach, exploring Charleston’s vibrant food scene with her husband, Spencer, or playing fetch with her dog and “pawalegal,” Bo$$.
